BUDGET FURNISHED APARTMENT IN QUITO ECUADOR lATIN AMERICA

IIf you would like you can rent a nice apartment for the period of time you stay in Quito.

Our budget apartment  is located in La Mariscal Area, two blocks from  the Hilton Colon Hotel, on the lower  ground floor.  This apartment is available to let on short or long  basis.

Our furnished apartment (includes a microwave oven and washing machine) has a living room, kitchen,  bathroom, and two  bedrooms. The apartment has cable Tv. and internet services. There is private yard only for this apartment, the building enjoys a 24 hour security guard, sauna , jacuzzi and a swimming pool.

60 square meters + 50 square meters of yard, no parking available.

On the corner,  you have excelent access  to public transportation,the  trolleybus,   or  you can book a taxi-amigo from the flat by calling 2222222. They will send a  taxi for you, any time, within 10 minutes.

If you like the look of our apartment, you can rent it from $ 560.oo per month. The price does not include the service bills (condominium, electricity, cable tv, local phone calls) and there are no further taxes applicable (unlike hotel rates). There is a deposit Of 400 for short term rental or USD 800 for longer periods.

On arrival and departure::

Mónica   will meet you at the apartment, or at your Hotel in Quito, to hand over the keys and show you round. She will also collect the keys back from you at the apartment when you depart.
