4 DAYS / 3 NIGHTS

 

Day 01:

  • We fly from Quito or Guayaquil to the Island of Baltra.
  • Puerto Ayora (Santa Cruz Island) for lunch.
  • Arrive to La Casa de Marita Hotel or similar.
  • Visit the Flamingos Lagoon
  • Dinner and accommodation.

Day 02:

  • Early in the morning after breakfast
  • Puerto Villamil.
  • Full day tour to the Sierra Negra Volcano (including a boxed lunch).
  • This special place has two visitors’ sites: 1. La Bocanilla, and 2. Volcan Chico.
  • In the afternoon we return to the hotel and later we will have the opportunity to either go Kayaking in Playa Grande in Puerto Villamil, or snorkelling in La Concha Perla.
  • Dinner and accommodation.

Day 3:

  • After breakfast, we will take our speed boat to Puerto Ayora
  • Trekking Galápagos guide will be waiting for us in order to check in to our hotel. Immediately afterwards we will visit the Highlands of Santa Cruz Island. There we will enjoy a wonderful visit to see the Giant Tortoises in their natural habitat.
  • After lunch in the Highlands, we will return to Puerto Ayora and go to the Charles Darwin Research Station and its Interpretation Center; there we will have the opportunity to see Lonesome George who is the last Galápagos tortoise of his species.
  • Dinner and accommodation at Red Mangrove Hotel or similar.
  • Optional: you may visit the town again at night for dancing and entertainment.

Day 4:

  • After breakfast we travel to Baltra Airport
  • Visit “The Twins,” they are similar to a crater but were formed by thecollapse of the Earth due to lava flows that passed below the Earth’s surface.
  • We then leave for Baltra airport to take a flight to either Quito or Guayaquil

The rate includes:

  • Accommodation in double rooms
  • All meals (breakfast – lunch– Dinner)
  • English Speaking Naturalist Guide
  • Snorkelling Equipment (mask, tub and fins)
  • Horses
  • Transfers Puerto Ayora – Isabela – Puerto Ayora by speed boat or public transportation.
  • Transfers Baltra – Puerto Ayora – Baltra

The rate does not include:

  • Air ticket
  • Soft drinks and alcoholics beverages
  • Galapagos Entrance
